You can send an order through the app at any hour. It reaches us whether or not anyone is at the godown — we confirm it on the next working morning.
What to have ready
If you are opening an account, having these to hand makes it a two-minute call:
- Your shop name and the owner's name
- The mobile number you want on the account
- Roughly where the shop is — an area name and landmark is enough
- Your GSTIN, if you want it on invoices
- A rough idea of what you sell most of
We will check your location against the delivery rings while you are on the line and tell you the minimum order for your area.

Tell us what your customers keep asking for. If there is steady demand for it in your area we will look at carrying it.
Supplying us
