Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver from our godown at Plot No. 219, Parshvnath Enclave Vistar, Vatika, Bagru, Sanganer, Jaipur, in two concentric rings measured out from that point — currently up to 30 km.

We deliver to business premises only: your shop, godown or stall. We do not deliver to homes, and we do not ship outside Jaipur or by courier.

2. Areas, minimums and charges

The minimum order value is on goods, before any delivery charge. Each item also has its own minimum quantity in cases or crates.

3. How your area is decided

By distance, not by pincode. When you set your shop location in the app, your phone gives us the coordinates and we measure the straight-line distance from our depot. The nearest ring that reaches you is the one that applies.

Two consequences worth knowing:

• Straight-line distance is more generous than road distance. A shop 22 km away by road may be inside the 20 km ring as we measure it. That is deliberate.
• Your distance is frozen when you save the address. If we redraw a ring later, your saved address and your past orders are not retrospectively moved into a different area.

You can check any location before opening an account — tell us where you are on the phone and we will check while you wait.

4. If you are outside the area

The app will tell you, and it will tell you by how much. We record every shop that asks from beyond the current rings, with its location, because several requests in one direction is exactly how a new route gets added.

So please call us anyway. We may be able to serve you on a particular day, or as part of a bulk delivery to your area, or arrange collection from the godown.

5. Cut-off and delivery times

• Cut-off is 6:00 PM IST. Orders confirmed by then in the Jaipur City ring are delivered the following morning.
• Orders after 6:00 PM roll to the next delivery run.
• The Outer Ring is served on its scheduled days, currently Tuesday and Friday. An order placed after Tuesday's vehicle has gone out goes on Friday's.
• Deliveries run Monday to Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. During festivals the schedule moves, and we will tell you when it does.
• We give you a morning or afternoon window on the confirmation call, not a to-the-minute time. A vehicle running a route cannot promise 10:15.

6. How dispatch works

1. Sent — your order has reached us. Nothing is allocated yet.
2. Confirmed — we have called you, agreed the quantities and the day, and set the stock aside for you.
3. Packed — the cases and crates are made up for your shop.
4. On the way — it is on a vehicle, on a route.
5. Delivered — it is off the vehicle and at your premises.

You get a notification at each step, and the order screen in the app shows where it has reached. Some depots go straight from confirmed to on the way when one person is loading — that is normal and not a skipped step.

7. On arrival

Check the load before the vehicle leaves. Our staff will wait while you count the cases, look over the crates and check the dates.

• Shortages, breakages and wrong items are put right at that moment.
• Empty crates, glass bottles and jars go back on the same vehicle, counted in front of you.
• Unless credit terms are agreed, payment is due then — cash, UPI or bank transfer.
• Your invoice comes with the goods.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Claims for shortage or transit damage must be raised at the time of delivery — see the cancellation and refund policy for what happens next.

Our staff deliver to the shutter or the shop entrance. They will help carry stock inside where it is safe and practical to do so, but they cannot stack a godown, climb to an upper floor without a lift, or move other goods out of the way.

8. If nobody is at the shop

We will call you from outside. If we cannot reach you or nobody can take the goods, the delivery is not left unattended — beverages left on a pavement are somebody else's within the hour.

• We take it back to the godown and call you to arrange the next delivery day.
• The first re-delivery is free.
• A second failed attempt on the same order may carry the delivery charge for that area, and we may ask for payment in advance next time.
• If we cannot deliver an order after two attempts we may cancel it and refund it under the refund policy.

9. Delays

We deliver on our own vehicles in a busy city, so some days run late. If your delivery is going to miss its window we will call you.

We are not liable for delay caused by something outside our reasonable control — manufacturer or supply shortages, vehicle breakdown, accidents, road closures, processions, strikes or bandhs, extreme weather, or government action. In those cases we deliver as soon as we reasonably can, and you may cancel any part not yet dispatched for a full refund.

10. Collecting yourself

You are welcome to collect from the godown, which suits shops outside the delivery area or anyone wanting stock the same day. Call ahead so the order is made up before you arrive, and bring your own transport and any empties you are returning. No delivery charge and no minimum order value applies on collection, though item minimum quantities still do.
